Who this is about

Piston OS is a product of Innova Global. This page covers the pistonos.com website only. It does not cover the Piston OS apps themselves, which garages use under a separate agreement.

This website stores nothing about you

The site is a set of fixed pages. There is no account, no login, and no database behind it. Nothing you type into a page is sent to a server we run, because there is no such server.

When you message us on WhatsApp

Pressing a chat button opens a short form. That form runs inside your own browser: it takes what you typed and turns it into a WhatsApp message, then opens WhatsApp with the message ready. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.

Once you do send it, the details sit in that WhatsApp conversation, the same as any other message you send us. We use them to reply to you and to understand what your garage needs. WhatsApp handles the message itself under its own privacy policy.

You can also just call us instead. The number is on every page.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is being used, so we know which pages help people and which ones do not. It places small files called cookies in your browser to recognise a repeat visit.

What it tells us:

• Which pages were opened, in what order, and for how long.
• Roughly where the visit came from — the city or country, worked out from your internet connection, never a precise position.
• The kind of device and browser used, and the screen size.
• How you arrived: a search, a link on another site, a social post, or typing the address directly.
• Whether the chat form was opened, and whether it was finished.

What analytics does not tell us

It does not carry your name, your phone number, your vehicle details, or anything you typed into the chat form. We cannot look up an individual person in it. It is counts and patterns across everyone who visits.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own use.

Turning cookies off

The analytics cookies are the only ones this site sets. Every page works exactly the same without them, so you lose nothing by blocking them.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, or install the add-on below, which stops Google Analytics on every site you visit.

Questions, or want something removed

Message us on WhatsApp or call, and tell us what you would like removed. Because the website holds no account for you, the only record of you we can have is a WhatsApp conversation you started, and we can delete our copy of it.
