Why we built Piston OS.
Garage software should be simple. Piston OS gives Sri Lankan garages one easy system for jobs, parts, billing, and customers.
From paper to one live system
Many garages run on paper job cards, notebooks, and memory. Papers get lost. Work goes unbilled. The owner cannot see what is happening without walking the floor. Piston OS was started in 2023 to fix this.
Piston OS runs fully online. You can check your garage from home, or from another branch, on any phone, tablet, or computer. Your information is backed up safely in the cloud — not kept on one office computer that can fail or be stolen.
Built in three parts
Three apps, one system
Each part of your garage gets the screen it needs. They all share the same live information, so nobody works from an old copy.
For the owner or manager
Management Control
The command centre: jobs, money, stock, and staff — across one branch or several.
For technicians
Workshop Floor
The jobs assigned to them, updated as the work happens, with parts and hours recorded on the card.
For the front desk
Sales Counter
The job card becomes the bill, and payment is recorded when the customer collects the vehicle.
About the company
Piston OS is a product of Innova Global, started in 2023. It is built with care by our engineering team, for garages in Sri Lanka, and runs fully online on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
